Sustaining an injury at work can lead to significant changes in your situation and circumstances, and receiving the services you require at the right time is something you are entitled to.

Your employer will provide you with a list of three occupational rehabilitation providers from which you can choose the provider you wish to be referred to.

You have 14 days within which to make your decision and advise your employer of your decision. If you have not been provided with a list of three choices, you can select a provider of your choice

Early Intervention and Return to Work Programs

Vocational Rehabilitation including Job Seeking Assistance and

Occupational Health and Safety

Services include initial assessment to identify individual needs, workplace assessment to review duties and workplace environment, and assistance in the formulations of your Return to Work Plans and offers of Suitable Employment. IWCC is an approved provider of Occupational Rehabilitation Services with the Victorian WorkCover Authority.

Victorian employers are required to prepare a Return to Work Plan and nominate a Return to work co-ordinator as soon as practicable, but no later than 10 days after a claim being accepted or determined in a Worker’s favour, or the employer becoming aware that the period of incapacity is likely to exceed 20 days.
